Courtney & David
Founders of Hard Licker Ranch
David is a Navy Hospital Corpsman Desert Storm Veteran. He recently retired after 22 years with the University of Michigan Survival Flight Medivac program and now works in the Interventional Radiology department at the University of Michigan.
Courtney is a Sales Supervisor for Guamard, one of the leading Human Patient Simulator companies.
Diane Hill
Outreach Coordinator
Diane is a retired heavy equipment operator. As a former 4-H kid (and later a 4-H leader), dog groomer, doggy daycare owner, and veterinary assistant she has a lifetime of animal experience!
She is the owner of 12 feral cats who are all spayed and neutered!
Olivia Nowak
Community and Communications Manager
Olivia and her canine companion, Archie, joined the Hard Licker family in September of 2022. Olivia is a part time dental assistant and full time animal rescuer specializing in TNR, transporting, and networking on social media. She is a voice for the voiceless and will do anything in her power to make the world a better place for our animals.
Maranda Ritz
Volunteer Coordinator
Maranda is a Registration Specialist at ProMedica and a full-time dog momma to two rescues of her own. She's also in the process of attending Monroe Community College for Business Management.
Maranda will be handling and helping us organize our volunteers to increase our reach
